Rocket Search Marketing LLC, doing business as Sell More Online (“Sell More Online,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit websites and landing pages we operate under the Sell More Online name, request information or training, apply for our services, book a meeting, or otherwise interact with us online (collectively, the “Services”). This includes pages at sellmoreonline.io and launch.sellmoreonline.io.
This Policy does not replace the privacy notices of websites or services operated independently by third parties.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, website, business details, information about your services and advertising activity, your responses to application questions, appointment preferences, and the contents of messages you send us. If you separately sign up for text messages, we also keep information about your SMS subscription and consent, including your phone number, consent status, and relevant signup or opt-out records. The questions on our forms may vary depending on the service you are asking about. Our inquiry and application forms do not request payment card information.
Meeting information. Our sales calls may be recorded and transcribed. We use Zoom for meetings and Fathom for notetaking, transcription, and summaries. Zoom displays a recording notice when a recording starts. If you participate in a recorded meeting, we may keep the recording, transcript, notes, and related follow-up information in connection with your inquiry and our business records.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, we and technology providers may collect your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device and browser details, pages viewed, links clicked, referral source, ad campaign information, video interactions, and cookie, pixel, or similar identifiers. We may combine this information with an inquiry or application where the technology allows it.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically ask for it and explain why it is needed.
Note that under some legislations, we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. In any case, we will be happy to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Information is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. You further understand that this is a soft pull and will not harm your credit in any way whatsoever.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested information or training, review applications, determine whether our services may be a fit, schedule meetings, and communicate about our services. We also use it to conduct and document meetings, prepare notes and follow-ups, manage prospective and existing business relationships, and send appointment, service, and other operational communications.
We may send marketing emails and, where we have the consent or other legal permission required for the particular message and method, marketing texts or calls. We also use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our websites and services; measure site use and advertising performance; deliver or measure advertising; meet legal obligations; prevent misuse; and protect our rights and the rights of others.
Providing contact information allows us to respond to the request you make. Some of our lead-magnet pages offer a separate SMS opt-in, and some webinar registrations offer an opt-in for webinar reminders. Each opt-in covers the messages described at signup; a webinar-reminder opt-in does not automatically enroll you in general SMS marketing. Submitting a book-a-call application does not, by itself, enroll you in our SMS marketing program. Where specific consent is required for marketing texts or automated or prerecorded marketing calls, we obtain that consent separately before sending those communications.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, which may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to inquiries, complying with legal obligations, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting lawful processing that took place before withdrawal.
3. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND ADVERTISING
Our websites use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for site operations, analytics, campaign attribution, and advertising measurement or retargeting. Technologies on our landing pages may include Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and Callix tracking. Some pages may also contain embedded video players, including Wistia or YouTube. These technologies may allow the relevant provider to receive online identifiers and information about your activity on a page, subject to its own privacy practices.
We do not currently offer a site-wide cookie-settings banner. You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site functionality. You can also use controls offered by advertising platforms to adjust ad personalization. If you want to exercise an applicable legal right to opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures of personal information, email itsystems@sellmoreonline.io with the subject line “Privacy opt-out.” We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not sell lead lists or provide applicants’ contact information to unrelated businesses so they can market their own services to them. We do use outside companies to operate the Services. Depending on which page or feature you use, these may include website and form providers such as ClickFunnels and Typeform; scheduling providers such as iClosed; our customer relationship management, email, text, and calling providers, including Klaviyo for SMS; Zoom and Fathom for meetings; video hosts; and vendors that help us secure or maintain our systems. These providers may process information on our behalf or in connection with the feature you use.
SMS privacy commitment. We do not share your SMS opt-in, consent status, or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide that information to service providers that help us run our own messaging program, including Klaviyo, messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and delivery vendors, solely as needed to provide or support that program. We do not transfer your SMS consent to another business’s messaging program.
Advertising and measurement technologies, including Meta, Google, and Callix, may also receive online identifiers and activity data when their tags operate on a page. Under some privacy laws, disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising can be treated as “sharing” or, in certain circumstances, a “sale,” even if we do not exchange lead lists for money. You may contact us to exercise any applicable opt-out right as described above.
We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, obtain professional advice, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.
5. MARKETING AND YOUR CHOICES
Text-message programs. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, Sell More Online may send you texts about our services, promotions, training, and other marketing offers. If you opt in to webinar reminders, we may text you reminders and relevant information about that webinar, consistent with the description at signup. An opt-in for reminders alone is not an opt-in to unrelated marketing texts. Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply. SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing our services. We use your number and SMS subscription information to send the messages covered by your opt-in, administer the relevant program, document consent, and process opt-outs. We do not use precise device location to decide which texts to send. You can opt out by replying STOP to a text from our program or contacting itsystems@sellmoreonline.io; reply HELP for assistance. We will honor applicable opt-out and consent-withdrawal requests.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email or by emailing itsystems@sellmoreonline.io. To stop marketing calls, contact us at that email address or tell the caller. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may send nonmarketing messages needed to respond to an active inquiry, administer a meeting, or communicate about an existing business relationship, as permitted by law.
You can decide not to provide optional information, but we may be unable to answer your inquiry, assess your application, or arrange a meeting without certain details.
6. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage prospective or existing business relationships, maintain appropriate records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our business. The period depends on the type of information and why we hold it. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and ordinary backup practices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in our systems and through our providers. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We are based in Florida, United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If a law that applies to your information requires particular protections for an international transfer, we will use the protections required by that law.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; request a copy of it; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing of personal information. These rights may be subject to exceptions and identity verification. Where applicable, you may also have the right to appeal a decision about a privacy request or complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, email itsystems@sellmoreonline.io and describe what you would like us to do. If you are appealing a decision, say that you are appealing it and include the earlier request details. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by law.
9. CHILDREN
Our Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
10. OTHER WEBSITES AND CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Our pages may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We may update this Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law.
